Sometimes life becomes busy, demanding and overwhelming. We spend so much time thinking, planning and doing that we forget to pause and listen to our bodies. Over time, stress and tension begin to accumulate- in the shoulders, the jaw, the breath.
I offer a calm and nurturing space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Through my holistic treatments, my intention is to help you gently return to your body- releasing tension, quieting the mind and restoring a sense of balance.
Every session is unique because every person and every moment is different.

Holistic Massage

The holistic approach works with your whole being: physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.
My massages are intuitive and person centred.
Each massage is tailored to your needs and how you feel in the present moment. At the beginning of your massage I gently guide you to connect with your breath. This can help you to relax more deeply, soften areas of tension, and become more present in your body.

I may also incorporate deeper techniques when needed to release tightness and restore ease in the muscles.
Every session begins with a short consultation so we can explore how are you feeling and what your body might need that day.​

Le Voyage is a deeply nourishing and personalized journey back to yourself.
This bespoke experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your heart and your inner landscape.

Though a combination of meditation, intention setting, breathwork, reflexology and intuitive massage, we create a space where you can slow down, release what you no longer need, and reconnect with your essence.

Each session is unique and guided by your intention for the journey.
Le Voyage includes:

This will be an opportunity to explore your intentions for the session, ask any questions you may have, and discuss any relevant health issues.

Indian Head Massage
An Indian Head massage concentrates on the head, neck, chest and shoulder.

You will experience a feeling of overall relaxation in your body and mind.
​
It can aid in the relief of migraine, relieves symptoms of anxiety and depression, relieves insomnia and fatigue, helps with muscular tensions and stiffness in the neck.

Head, Hands & Feet
This is a 60-minutes treatment focused on your extremities: head/shoulders, face, hands and feet.

It is a very relaxing treatment. I created this treatment because clients often tell me that their favorite parts of a full body massage are the head, face, hands and feet.

Holistic Facial with Massage

This is a beautiful relaxing treatment. All the product I use are natural and gentle on the skin,

The face has a unique structure to allow us to express ourselves. We hold a lot of tension & stress in our face. Face massage will release tension, allow emotional processing, deeply relax the nervous system and promote rejuvenation of the facial structure and the skin.
A facial is a professional skin treatment to cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, and nourish the skin. The goal is to restore a healthy, clear, and vibrant complexion, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
