With a background as an international account manager, I understand the pressures of corporate environments and how stress & anxiety can impact focus, energy, and overall performance.
My sessions provide simple tools to help regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and improve clarity throughout the workday.
Sessions can be delivered either in-person or online.
