What is Ground & Breathe in Nature?
It is a workshop I organize monthly in Bristol in nature since November 2023.
Each workshop is different and it can involve: meditation, movement, stretching, breathwork, mindful walk, chanting, stillness.... I usually play some instruments.
My intention is to support you to reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded.
We usually live in our head, it can be quite stressful and overwhelming.
This workshop will be an opportunity to come back to the body and feel more grounded. It will also allow you to take a break from a busy life and spend time in nature.
Who is it for?
It is for everyone. There is no experience needed. You might particularly enjoy it if you are feeling a bit disconnected from yourself at the moment.
