Imagine starting your day in nature, breathing deeply, moving gently, and reconnecting with yourself

This practice comes from my own journey of connecting with my body and myself. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe and feel supported

What to expect?
- Gentle grounding meditation
- Ceremonial Cacao
- Simple breathwork practice
- Mindful walk in nature
- Light movement & stretching to release stress and tension
- Moment of stillness & reflection
- A supportive and relaxed group atmosphere
- Small group (8 people max)
This workshop is especially for you if:
- You feel stressed and overwhelmed and would like to slow down
- You spend a lot of time in your head and want to reconnect with your body
